Requesting an Account
After navigating to your radiology imaging centers' patient portal login page, you have two options:
- Enter the user name and password provided by your radiology healthcare imaging center in the 'Member Sign In' area at the top left of the page
- Or click on 'New to the Portal? Request an account' then enter your personal information to request a new account
Note: A valid email address is required to setup your portal account. Once your account has been approved you will receive a confirmation email.
For help during the process of requesting an account and logging in the first time, click on the 'Contact Us' link at the top right side of the portal login page.
